The Challenge
Recruiting firms typically cobble together 5-10 different tools: a website builder, job boards, an ATS, payroll software, invoicing, timesheets, and more. Each tool has its own login, its own data silo, and its own monthly fee. Questah needed a unified HCM (Human Capital Management) platform that gives recruiting agencies everything in one place — from the public-facing website to backend payroll processing.
The Solution
We built a comprehensive HCM platform that covers the entire recruiting firm workflow. The front-end includes a customizable agency website with job listings that sync to major job boards. The ATS module handles the full candidate pipeline from application to placement. Payroll processing supports both W-2 employees and 1099 contractors with direct deposit, tax withholding, and compliance reporting. Client invoicing ties into timesheets for accurate billing. The unified data model means candidate, client, and financial data all live in one system.
